Another interesting week being out and about in Rutherford County, N.C.  We have a belated shout-out to Peggy Horne at the Dept. of Motor Vehicles office. In spite of the lines, and our needing help to change the title to a vehicle, she remained gracious, patient and professional with us. In fact, the entire group there was smiling and helping each other out. Thank you DMV for making my day.

Tammy Whitmire expertly grilling at Hill’s  Grill out near Wells, Jenkins, Wells – this is one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever been in~

Also in our drives around the county, we stopped at Misty Hill’s grill – one of the cleanest restaurants I have been in. They take pride in their food, service, and restaurant. Misty comes in early every day to hand patty the burgers – you can taste the difference by the juiciness of the beef. Grillmaster Tammy even grilled onions for me – perfect.

And I say I hardly go anywhere.

Our server, Ms. Dill, gave us excellent service a the Olive Tree. Appetizer meatballs and wine are hard to beat. Thanks Loyce.
