Defendant Stephen Cordes, arrested for “breaking and entering with intent to terrorize and possession of controlled substances” of Word of Faith Fellowship pastor Brooke Covington’s home, received a continuance last week for his probable cause hearing.

Brooke Covington’s attorney, David Teddy, could not be present at the scheduled time.

The Rutherford County District Court hearing was rescheduled to Sept. 9.
