Rutherford County Animal Control has obtained horses from a recent court case within the County. If you believe you may be the owner of a horse in the County’s custody and can provide documentation of ownership, please contact Animal Control staff at 828-287-6025 no later than 5:00 pm, Thursday, March 24, 2022, after which time the horses will be subject to being transferred to new ownership
