Out and About – Sunday

My phone just announced I needed to clear off some photos and audio files on my phone. Sigh – I am a data hoarder. There is no 12 step program for data hoarding yet. So here we go – I’ll save them on the server with this post and move them off my phone. 🙂

Phil’s Bar-b-que in Black Mountain, NC

Glad I videoed this interview between Garland Byers Jr. and Jim Bishop. Somehow this video clip never made it on WCAB’s website archieves. But Ted Bell’s did.

Changes being made at the Rutherfordton Maintenance site. Their old aluminium building has been painted copper in anticipation of Copper Penny’s opening.

Multi-colored free range chicken eggs from a friend. Happy sweet sixteen Emily Geese!

Necessity is the mother of invention. Hollywood film crew was in town for the week.

Two great guys, Wayne Guffey and Theo outside of the courthouse after sign theft trial continued again. No mention that it is alleged (inside sources) that Jane Whaley had visited Sheriff Francis before the trial and Chris Francis did not serve her. When asked, Francis first turned beet red and denied the visit. District Attorney Ted Bell did not respond to our question whether he called the SBI in to investigate.

Mother’s Day

Lovely professional film crew enjoying catered lunches from nearby restaurants.
