Town of Rutherfordton and KidSenses Partner to Welcome Visitors During Annual Spring Festival!

RUTHERFORDTON  – The Town of Rutherfordton wants to ensure that everyone has a “play date” on May 6. Thanks to the support of the town, all visitors can enjoy the museum at no charge during the festival. Jimmy Dancy, Mayor of Rutherfordton, says,

“Each year, thousands of visitors participate in our annual spring celebration. We think this is a great opportunity to introduce KidSenses Museum to new visitors, and to share one of our cherished community treasures with everyone!”

Willard Whitson, Executive Director of KidSenses, shares that sentiment. “We always try to maximize access to the museum and, thanks to the town, we can offer free admission to the many folks who will be strolling up and down Main Street enjoying the festival.”
